This simple recipe is perfect for brunch and features Piller’s Simply Free Smoked Breakfast Ham.
Ingredients
Ground Turkey Thigh Meat – 16oz
Ground Turkey Breast Meat – 8oz
White Onions – diced – 2oz
Sliced Crimini Mushrooms – 4oz
Green Onions – chopped – 2
Medium Eggs – 2
Hy’s Seasoning Salt – 1/2tsp
Piller’s Simply Free Smoked Breakfast Ham – 6 Slices
Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350F
2. In a mixing bowl mix ground meat, vegetables and seasoning salt
3. Place mixture into parchment lined loaf pan
4. Line top with slices of Smoked Breakfast Ham
5. Bake in oven for 45-50 mins or until cooked thru
